At Renvor, we aim to provide high-quality football jerseys and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
Customers are requested to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
We only offer a replacement/refund if:
- The product is damaged, OR
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible:
- You must provide a complete unboxing video from start to end (without cuts)
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Without proper unboxing proof, we will not be able to process any claims.
3. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns once the product is delivered successfully.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds (for damaged/wrong items) will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped
- Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted
6. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If a customer:
- Provides incorrect address, OR
- Is unavailable at the time of delivery
The order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
In such cases:
- Shipping and handling charges may be deducted
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of charges

- Please ensure all details (address, phone number) are correct while placing the order
- By placing an order, you agree to all the terms mentioned above
